Cleansing: Cleanse your face twice a day, in the morning and before bed, to remove dirt, oil, and impurities. Use a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type and avoid harsh scrubbing, as it can irritate the skin.
Moisturizing: Moisturize your skin regularly to keep it hydrated and supple. Choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type and apply it after cleansing, while your skin is still slightly damp, to lock in moisture.
Sun Protection: Protect your skin from the damaging effects of the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays by wearing sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher. Apply sunscreen generously to all exposed areas of skin and reapply every two hours, or more frequently if sweating or swimming.
